• Singapore Standard: $5.00 flat rate for orders under $100
• Singapore Orders $100+: FREE shipping
• Malaysia: $14.90
• Hong Kong, Thailand & Vietnam: $29.90

Note: Shipping rates are subject to change at any time at the discretion of EliteSupps.sg.

Return Policy

• You may return unopened products within 30 days of your purchase.
• All returns must be sent at your own cost and risk to our online warehouse.
  
• We do not refund shipping charges, only the value of the product itself.

Returns are not accepted for opened items or perishable, handmade, or personalised products 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened condition, in the original packaging and securely packaged for return transit.

You must notify us of your intent to return within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must reach us within 30 days of that notice.

If we do not receive the item, you will remain liable for the cost. We do not offer return pick up services. 

Once we receive the returned product in acceptable condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product value only, to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt.
