Description
Pre-Load is a pre workout supplement that has been designed to increase your energy levels, provide the ultimate muscle pumps and enhance mood & motivation! This is all bundled up using a healthy mix of ingredients & 5 mouth watering flavours leaving you day dreaming about the next time you can take it.
What Ingredients Are In Pre-Load and How Can They Benefit you?
Beta-Alanine - Beta-Alanine produces carnosine - Carnosine is a natural antioxidant that prevents the rapid accumulation of lactic acid which will help improve muscular endurance Go Harder For Longer!
Creatine Monohydrate - The body is continuously producing and breaking down energy molecules known as adenosine triphosphate (ATP). When performing physical tasks, the process of breaking down ATP speeds up, which eventually leads to fatigue and exhaustion. Creatine helps to replenish ATP and is essentially the muscle's energy currency.
L-Arginine - Arginine is vital for producing nitric oxide - a substance that aids with vasodilation (blood vessels relaxing and expanding). L-Arginine allows oxygen and nutrients to travel to the muscle rapidly, aiding in higher energy output and slowing down the onset of fatigue.
L-Taurine - L-Taurine promises to help the body maintain electrolyte balance and proper hydration of cells. It can also help maintain immune system health along with increasing your ability to burn fat during exercise. Many studies have also shown it plays a role in reducing muscle damage and soreness.
L-Tyrosine - L-Tyrosine works through speeding up the production of various thyroid hormones, which are responsible for regulating metabolism and increased fat burning. This ingredient is also in charge of regulating appetite, muscular development, and reducing pain perception, thus making it a must in every gym-goers diet.
Caffeine - Caffeine is a powerful substance that improves not only your mental performance but also your physical state. It is supplemented by many athletes for pre-workout and fat-burning purposes.
